Herbert is an America journalist who served as a national correspondent on NBC from 1991 to 1993, but is best known as an opinion columnist for The New York Times where he wrote for 18 years. His new book, Losing Our Way, is a widely acclaimed piece of investigative and analytic journalism, which takes us to the roots of America's current economic problems.
