CT Mail-in Voting for Nov.: Tell New Haven City Council You Support
Start: Thursday, June 04, 2020•06:00 PM
End: Thursday, June 04, 2020•07:30 PM

You are invited to attend in person OR VIRTUALLY and speak in favor of expanding CT mail-in voting on Thursday, June 4th from 6:00-7:30pm. The New Haven Board of Alders' City Services and Environmental Policy Committee needs to hear from you!
Thanks to your support Connecticut voters will be permitted to vote by absentee ballot for the August 11 primaries – an easing of the absentee ballot restrictions made possible by Gov. Ned Lamont.
But the expansion of mail-in voting DOES NOT extend to the November 2020 election or any future elections.
Members of the New Haven Board of Alders' City Services and Environmental Policy Committee will hold a public hearing to hear from experts and the general public to get answers and feedback on important questions.
Join this public meeting in person OR VIRTUALLY and tell the New Haven Board of Alders that voters need the freedom to vote safely by mail from home if they choose for the 2020 general election!
