They’re combining some of their worst anti-democracy schemes from almost 50 other failed bills in order to nationalize voter suppression, give billionaires even more influence in our elections, and block millions of us from making our voices heard.
Unfortunately, the House Republicans pushing this bill would rather spend their time chasing conspiracies than solving actual problems, like anti-voter state laws, aging and underfunded election infrastructure, and long lines at the polls.

Our elected officials should be making voting more accessible, not building new barriers. I oppose the ACE Act and urge you to instead prioritize pro-voter legislation like the John R. Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act and the Freedom To Vote Act.
