But you know who is taking this trial seriously? The public servants working this case.
On day two of the trial, Trump has continued breaking his gag order by mercilessly attacking the judge, public servants, and witnesses involved in this case – and now prosecutors are holding him accountable with fines or even jail time for his actions. [2]
We're glad the public servants working on this case are holding Trump accountable to the rule of law – but we must immediately prepare for yet another onslaught of disinformation and even potential threats from Trump’s backers who believe the rules don’t apply to him.
