Stephen Miller is the architect of some of the first Trump administration’s worst attacks on immigrants, like the infamous “Muslim Ban” and ending the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program [1]. Now he’s back in power and more dangerous than ever.
Miller's fingerprints are all over the second Trump administration’s most disturbing overreaches: abducting people without due process, separating families, ramping up ICE raids, and targeting anyone who dares to speak out. [2]
This is a coordinated campaign of abuse, retaliation, and corruption – and Congress must act to rein it in. We strongly support Rep. Robert Garcia’s call to investigate Miller’s misconduct, and we’re demanding that every member of the House Oversight Committee join him. [3]
