Exploiting never-before used provisions of Article V of our Constitution, 28 states (including Texas!) have signed on to an effort that would allow unelected, unaccountable delegates to rewrite the Constitution with zero checks and balances.
During the 2017 session, the Texas Legislature passed a resolution calling for an Article V Convention. And with only 6 more states needed to sign on, and with conservatives controlling a historic number of state legislatures, we need your help now more than ever.
