Attend Congressmember Tonko's Town Hall: Wednesday, February 19th at 6pm

While Elon Musk and his cronies in the so-called Department of Government Efficiency seize unauthorized and illegal access to federal systems, and throw our government into more chaos, our Congressmembers must stand up for us.

Congressman Paul Tonko is hosting a town hall on Wednesday, February 19th at the Albany High School Auditorium to hear his constituents’ concerns regarding the Trump administration’s actions and to share what he’s doing in response. This is an opportunity to hear the inside scoop directly from your Congressmember about how he will stand up to combat this administration – and weigh in to make sure your concerns are addressed.

What do you think about Elon Musk – a private, unelected citizen with no real governmental authority – seizing access to your sensitive data? How do you feel about paying into programs like Social Security and Medicare for decades, only for Elon Musk to shut them down according to his own whim?

Here is the event information and RSVP page. All attendees must RSVP with Rep. Tonko's team.

*As of 2.13, venue capacity has been met and Rep. Tonko has stopped accepting RSVPs. However, his team is considering the possibility of opening an overflow space at the venue.* If you were not able to RSVP and would still like to attend the town hall to hear from Rep. Tonko and make your voice heard:

First, call Rep. Tonko's district office to express your interest in attending and ask for them to create overflow space at the venue.

Then, fill out this form to let us know you’re interested in attending the meeting. We’ll follow up with you to find out whether you were able to RSVP, to check in and prepare you with talking points ahead of the town hall, and to follow up after to learn what you heard from Rep. Tonko and whether you got the chance to voice your concerns.
