This U.S. Supreme Court term has not been good for democracy. Despite a few bright spots, voting rights and efforts to curb big and dark money in politics have been drastically cut back.

The Court has shifted power to keep us safe from experts in agencies like the EPA and FDA to the courts, and they've undercut attempts to hold the perpetrators of the January 6 insurrection, including former President Donald Trump, accountable.
