The consequences of letting ACP funds run out will be that millions of Americans will be disconnected from internet access right before the 2024 elections. Millions would not have reliable access to the information that they need to vote!

About the Affordable Connectivity Program: A federal program that offers relief from expensive internet bills. Through the ACP, eligible homes get $30 off of their monthly internet bills and $100 towards a device. The ACP is on track to run out of funding in April/May 2024 and February 7th is the last day to get enrolled.
