Thank you election workers & volunteers for ensuring our elections ran smoothly and safely
California Election Workers and Election Protection Volunteers
This Thanksgiving, we are thankful for the election workers here in California who made the elections earlier this month run so smoothly.
Across America — including in your community — neighbors and friends stepped forward and made the personal commitment to help make sure every voter could be heard. And together, we cut through the noise, rejected anti-voter intimidation, and renewed our commitment to our civic duty.
Election workers made a huge difference for voters this year — they made sure election rules were followed, troubleshooted voting machine errors, and did their jobs in a dedicated and non-partisan fashion.
And backing them up, our nonpartisan Election Protection Volunteers were at polling sites and vote centers across our state — serving as a friendly face and connecting them with the resources they needed to make their voices heard.
Even in an environment plagued by shameful, anti-voter rhetoric — including threats against these brave civil servants — we helped deliver one of the smoothest national elections in modern history. And even now, our election officials are still hard at work to verify results, certify winners, and apply the lessons learned in time for 2024.
So before we move forward together, we wanted to take a chance to thank our election workers and volunteers — and give you a chance to thank them as well.
Will you sign our petition thanking election workers and volunteers in California for the outstanding job they’ve done this election?
