Attorney General Merrick Garland has a choice: release the full truth behind Trump’s alleged crimes before he takes office – or help cover up the truth by shielding Trump from accountability.  

That’s because Attorney General Garland only plans to release one of Special Counsel Jack Smith’s two investigations into Trump’s wrongdoings – meaning we’ll learn important details about his attempt to overturn the 2020 election, but nothing about Trump stashing over 300 classified documents at Mar-a-Lago. [1]

Let's be frank: if Attorney General Garland doesn’t release the full unredacted report before January 20th, Trump will cover it up for good when he takes office, and we will likely never know the truth of how Trump recklessly endangered our national security.

Failing to release the full report is – at best – a major lapse in judgement. At worst, it’s a complete disregard for accountability.
